Booking Policies
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment or you may be charged a fee. Your card is only held for no-show protection and will not be charged unless in the event of a no-call, no-show.
NO SHOWS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS: No shows and late cancellations financially affect my business and livelihood by creating gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled on such short notice. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 72-hour notice is required. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 72-hour notice requirement, you will not be able to receive another service until you pay 50% of your service total being charged. In the event of a no-show/same-day cancellation you will be charged the FULL amount of the service(s) scheduled which is due before you reschedule any future service(s).
How to cancel/reschedule: You are able to cancel/reschedule up to 72 hours prior to your appointment through the online booking account. If you need to make changes to your appointment after the 72 hour window you may text (717)461-2942. This is the quickest way to get ahold of Britainy, a late cancellation/reschedule fee may be applied.
